N OV . 20 O range Cou n ty Suzuki's Mike Yorba' stormed to a well de served 500 Pro win by sweep ing two strai ght 40 m inu te motos , Mike took charge of the fir st mota as soo n as he passed Mark Van Camp for the lead and went on to smoke to the finish . By the end of the m ota Van Camp fell in behind Yorba, Dan Steele (Suz) , a nd CZ m ounted Fritz Schl eg el. Miller Mane's Pete Wanket to ok home the top do llars during today's 125 Pro a ction after some heavy dicing with Q &E's Kurt Sofka and Tag Turner (Hon) . Pete won the fir st mota after his brother, Tony Wanket a nd Ku rt Sofka was forced to slow with bik e problems. There was no sto pp ing Sofka in the final moto as he went o n to sm oke the race. Pete Wanket held onto h is im p o rt a n t second spot assuring him of the overall win . Moto two saw start and a restart with Tom Miller grabbing the early lead wit h Talkington (Hon) in seco nd . Talkington fell , leav in g second place duties to Dea n Slater who began to work u p and massage Miller's rear fender , bu t to no avail as the checkered flag ended moto two's battle.
