that the WERA boast of "four
chances to win," in most cases just
meant the class "bullets" collected
more first places.
The bullet with most wins at
'WE RA's largest-ever California race was
David Emde, a young AMA Expert from
National City, California. Emde, 18,
won eight out of nine races in 250, 35 0,
and Open GP classes. His only non-win
came when he DNF'd an Open GP
with a' fried clutch. Harry KIinz
won that heat.
