Mr. Otto Maisch , President of Maico Fahraeugfabrik GMBH, Germany and Frank Cooper. of Cooper Motors have agreed to , transfer western U.S. distribution rights to Maico West, Inc. effective June 10, 1976. The new company will operate with the same staff from the former Cooper Motors location in Burbank. California. Maico's midwest distribution will stay with Debenham Imports. Antioch, Illinois, Eckart Schorn is President and General Manager of the new Maico distribution center.
