Val Tamietti (Mai) pushed Bell for th e three motos from gate to the flag but co uld n ot overcome the former Number one racer. In th e Op en 'P ro ca tego ry, Mike Bell is ridin g an ultra-t rick 440cc fo ur stro ke Honda Elsi no re and pulled all three hol esho ts to win th e 500 Pros. CRC tried something new (fo r them) an d let the two loop riders ride late w ithout losing points so Dad co uld ride with the family without bl owing h imself o u t of th e enduro .
