Ted was berserking it once or twice to tty and get by but the lines were pretty well drawn. Getting wide on number three co m er on the white flag lap he nearly lost it but managed' a credible save to take the second. . Rick Delacy took th e Novice Main but it wasn't easy. Steve Carrillo put a pass on Delacy ' in each co rner -bu twas thwarted coming out. Steve led the fourth lap but dropped to fourth at the end with 'so m e power loss and tire troubles. Danny Hoguerode his first pro . half mile up behind Del acy, givin g ch ase for two more laps and than was replaced by Rod Spencer.
