THE Parker, Arizona Feb.7 RECORD fornia Feb. 15, 1976 "1 • ROESELER, SMITH, &MAYES SWEEP SOBOBA GRANDPRIXI Feb. 7 - A.C. Bakken and Larry Roeseler smoked both the two, and four wheeled competition by charging their Husky 360CR to first overall in the grueling 343 mi. Parker 400. "ACE " and Larry brought the Husky home in 7 hours and 13 minutes despite lost time when A.C. ran out of gas. AI Baker and Gene Cannady got second on a 400 Honda. Third place went to Matt Zoerb and Pat Kouri on another 360 Husky sponsored by Mission Hill Cycle, Sepulveda, CA. A.C. Bakken Husqvarna Mot orcycle Co., Inc. 48 Feb . 15 - Roeseler continued his winning ways by heading up the Husqvarna sweep at the Soboba Grand Prix the following week. Larry earned first overall on a 250CR Husky, while Malcolm Smith and Mitch Mayes got second and third on 360CR Huskys Dave Aldana stayed with a Yamaha 400 to pick-up fourth. va na in!
