It only took three laps for him to get by Murphy who was leading and after that, he just increased his lead. In the second moto, Dick and his four stroke took over the lead right away. Dave Mytheim (Bul) started to gain. Every lap he moved a little closer and then took over. With two laps to go, Dick took the lead again an d went on with an easy win. After the moto , we asked him if Dave gave him much tro uble. He . replied, " No , if he . was faster than me he would have closed m uch faster than he did. It is much _ easier to follow than lead . The pressure is o n the leader. When he went by, I knew he woul d mak e a m istake and fall back. On every corner I pushed him har d an d waited. Although, during the first 25 0 Junior mo to, Terry the "Tank" Evans came from dead last and struggled th rough the gang to finish third. Julie Muehlman really put it to the guys in . the 125 Junior Main . No one was even close an d she was ecstatically happy after the race. The boys went o ff to sulk, o r figure o u t ho w to beat this lovely little lady . Jim Mahoney put his nearly rigid 350 XL back into the winner's circle of the 350 Junior class. Minibiker Jimbo Filice easily won the 100 Expert, and Fred Merkel the same in the 80 Expert. It was father/son night in the 100 Novice. Spencer SAN JOSE, CAL., NOV. 8 John Gennai was on the line for a shot at his second straight main event win and the $7S 'guaranteed winner's spot. But during the tt hassle of getting the 10 men up to the line , his clutch started to slip and he crossed the front line. He was ordered to th e back by the starter and when he didn 't comply, the referee stepped in and gave him the word. He still wasn't going for it. Some arguing and pointing made him angry, so he dumped the clutch and ran over the ref's fo ot. NEV., NOV. 16 T-Car Speedway 's 1975 motocross season had its ups and downs this year due to bad weather, lack of spectators, and lack of rider z o ~ a. Z :> ~ =ClC::::I!CI!==""" ~ participation. The scheduled 13 ra ce season was fo rced to close after its eigh th ra ce. At the beginning of the season Mr. Bob Myers, pro moter of T·Car Speedway, announced that there would b e a High -Point Trophy awa rded to the high point wi nner of each eligible class, but due to the short season 1 am not sure if the trophies.will still be give n o u t.
