OVERALL AT RIVERSIDE
A.C. Bakken Third as Huskys Dominate

Team Husqvarna's Mitch Mayes
and A.C. Bakken fini shed first and
third overall in the 500cc motorcycle class in Mickey Thompson's
ACDelco World Championship offroad race at Riverside Raceway. In
a fierce battle with "Rocket" Rex
Staten, Mitch stayed on the gas and Staten's tail, final ly taking the
lead moments before the checkered
flag.
Both Mayes and Bakken were
mounted on " Box Stock" 360 GP .
