Now yo u have to do ha lf of y o ur m ax imum capaci ty on each sta tio n as fast as po ssib le and with out rest between sessio ns . Three lap s of your circle m ust be co mpleted , afte r which y ou st op your watch and record the time in yo ur workbook. The nex t day you do the same, but now try to reduce the time fo r three laps. After one week with three to five tr aining sess io ns, you will h ave re du ced the time by 15 to 20 p er cen t, and it's ti me fo r a n ew m axim um tes t. After this test, you wil l check your figures against the previous week and n o t ice a 15 to 25 perce n t im prove men t.
