The 10 lap Main for th e mo ney
started out with Bailey grabbing th e
lead and Slack in close proximity over
O'Brien . By the end of the third lap, the
first two were nearly a full straight
ahead and O'Brien was being ca ugh t by
Miller and Carrillo. Carrillo was really
cooking and fmally over cooked on th e
eigh th lap as he and Miller go t by
O 'Brien. Carrillo dropped out wh ile
Miller tried to catch up on the fas t
fleeing kids . Hudson ca me off a bad
posit ion ch ange on the secon d lap for
fif th with Enge n just ahead of Silva for
the last money spots.
A tremendous battle from heats
through Mains was in th e 360 Novi ce
class. Bobby Carrasco, Paul Pearson,
Paul Furbush, Eddie Gonzales and Cory
Paz all got it going in the four heats.
The fences got real ful l as th ey lined up
for Pop Odom's signal . Junior Gonzales
got the jump with Dwane Larson
coming from the inside to take second
over Paz and Carrasco. Lap two saw
Furbush slingshot third and fourth,
