Ogden made it look too easy in the final by literally running off with the win. Marinez got in to second on the first lap. followed by l\like Yorba. while Larry Lewellen (Yam) trailed J o hn Petty around for most o f the mota . Lewellen slipped past Petty on the final lap to take the checkered. Mart y Miller (Han) too k all three mo tos in t he t hin 125 Pro class. Terry Turner of the CRT ran away with both starts, b u t Hannah moved up quickly in ea ch race to take over the lead and hold his wild pace for a first in the Pro co m bined class. Turner held solidly on to second spot throughout th e two motos on his Yamaha. while Chuck Rouse (Hus ) worked sm oothly from a pair of mediocre starts to grab a four-three score to take third overall behind the quick Hannah and Turner . Steve Rhyan was running quick today in the Pro class, as he took a third and a fourth to gain hi m fourth overall o n his smooth running Maico. Sco tt Pran te came out with his Hus ky 360 to ta ke fifth o verall. . Hannah was really " wh ippin ' " it aro und the co urse, testing out some n ew D&G stu ff for the already qu ic k Yamaha m on os. And it loo ked plenty fast !
