Shast a was a bun eh o f slic k rocks , made so by runn in g water, plus a large log and a very steep downhill o ff cam ber then back up a hill . There were only fou r cleans all day on this section. Neil Belvoir , San Carlos, walked or rode o ff with the Class A ho nors with an amazi ng nin e for the 3 2 sections. However , Neil is p ro ba bly the best No vice "A '· rider in Northern California as att ested with h is seco nd place fin ish
