Now if that's not a much-needed lift to the scr ambles scene , I don't know what is. Perfect weather and a well worked tr ac k ad ded to the enjoyment. He got into a fee t in the air wobble in the first m or o , holding on to his bikc longer than I though t he would before finally losi ng it and getting a short ride in the ambul an ce. Come the third, he was dow n again but led after the re-start. Sh ades of Dave Aldana ! Eddie Beeson (Yam) again won the 250 Ju nior class in spite of a loo se he ader in one moto. Gary Stad de n and Robert Kelbel c ho se off to settle who en d ed with second and thi rd with Dave Johnson always in there. This was another cl ass th at had so me c ras hes. He got a fif t h in th e first m oto beh ind Fortu ne 's first pl ace but rea lly did the job in th e next two with two firsts. In th e second we sa w a bit o f wh at IT raci n g is all a bo u t.
