Public meeting announcement A public meeting to discuss th e development of the San Bern ardino National Forest Off-Road Vehicl e Plan has been scheduled for Frida y, December 13, 1974; 7:30 to 9 30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the San Bern ardino Valley Co llege Auditorium, 70 1 South Mt. Vernon Avenue, San Bernardino, California. The purpose of this meeting will be to explain why the plan is being written and to discuss the p lanning procedures being used. At the same time, the public will be invi ted to participate in the planning process by servi ng on working groups or worksh ops.
