Public meeting announcement A public meeting to discuss th e development of the San Bern ardino National Forest Off-Road Vehicl e Plan has been scheduled for Frida y, December 13, 1974; 7:30 to 9 30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the San Bern ardino Valley Co llege Auditorium, 70 1 South Mt. Vernon Avenue, San Bernardino, California. The purpose of this meeting will be to explain why the plan is being written and to discuss the p lanning procedures being used. Fo Uo wing the presentation, there will be an o pportunity for 2 questions and answers. At the same time, the public will be invi ted to participate in the planning process by servi ng on working groups or worksh ops. These workshops will pro vid e an o ppo rtunity for p articipants to ac t ively sh are their poin ts of view with each other and with the Forest Service. Perso ns in ter ested in presenting the ir views are enco uraged- to particip ate in the workshops.
