For the first time in the history of motorcycle racing, Powder Puff racers will get a chance to do their thing in one of the showplace racing arenas of the U.S. The First Ann ual Cycle News Women's Motocross is the name and the Alabama International Motor Speedway in Talladega, Alabama is the place. August 31 is the date and femme raci ng isthe game. All fast ladies are invited to do their thing in an AMA Semi-Pro $450 purse motocross. The winning gal will take home $100 plus a van load of contingency prizes. Purse money will be distributed down to 20th place and each and every contestant will receive prizes from WGAD (We give a damn) motorcycle industry firms.
