T he stoc k pegs (eithe r ty pe) are welded to ste el tabs wh ich, in t u m , b ol t on to serrated tubular fram e ext ensio ns. The ta bs are a p p roxim a tely three in ches long and bend easily when hi t becaus e of t hei r extreme len gth. In ad d iti o n to this the pe gs are a bit lo w leading t o dis col ored toes, ankles, etc ., when said parts c on tac t the gro und ! Many a De ek has returned from an off-road so rti e with pegs bent back at unnatural angles.
