"Hurry up," he yells to the crew of men running towards the back of the truck to begin unloading, "I can't stay out here forever." The doors swing open, and a face peers out. It is Dennis O'Keefe, returning the Honda CB-360 he had bough t a few days earlier to Glendale Honda, the place where he bought it. A long wooden plank slides down, and the Honda is unioaded...front wheel first with many h;mds grappling for a hold on its shiny chrome. . The plank goes back in to the truck, the doors ar< shut, and Dennis O'Keefe stands squinting in the bright November about 3500 RPM and it just stopped, like it was out of gas." "Does it have gas in it?" O'Keefe opens .the gas cap, and sure enough, the tank has plenty of gas in it. "Will it start?" O'Keefe puts his foot on the kickstarter, and stands on it. It will not move. "No, he says, it's locked up.'" "What will happen now?" "That's up to thetQ." O'Keefe proceeded to enter the small dimly lit shop and got ready to raise hell. The man inside was very courteous and assured O'Keefe that if he produced his warrenty card everything would be OK. O'Keefe selected the service manager, Jim Reihms, as his next target.
