Once known as the "Flying W:' this little move was made popular by John DeSoto in his early days. This is where your protective equipment comes . in handy. (See BBMX School, Part 1) STEP 1: This is the standard "Crossed-up Wheelie" also called the "Hook Shot" if performed in mid air. It is very hip to flash the peace sign while doing this. It is super hip to flash TWO peace signs but don't do this unless you ride a Kawasaki. STEP 3: "Playing Possum." Combine Wit iii proper amount of writhing and groaning, "Possum" can be iii very effective tool. It's bound to get your tootsie to take notice and it gives the flagmen a chance to stretch. Plus, you're sure to get a nice cheer when you get up and wave. (Note: If you're doing this at Ascot and the announcer says "Watch this, folks. Here comes the pack!" abandon Step 3.) STEP 6: "Playing Bulldozer." This has nothing to do with motocross but it sure passes the time between motos. For instruction on how to play INDOOR Bulldozer, write Bazooka Pete, care of this newspaper. STEP 5: "Oh latrina, I've broken my buns!" This is the best way to get your tootsie to play "Bulldozer."
