THE STORY OF ONE LITTLE RED INDIAN
Yes, it's true, one little red Indian is scaring the kimonos off the big four mini bike
racing teams. Indian massacres at local speedways are becoming commonplace and
one little red American- Indian is becomIng quite a thorn. in the sides of import
mini-bike owners. In fact~ to save themselves from further embarrassment they
organized a campaign to "tsan the stock 50 cc Junior Cross Indian Bombs" from
further competition in their rightful class - the 1 to 3.9 HP ,open. FirSt the
little red Indian was shoved up to the 4 to 6 HP open where clean sweeps
again quickly became commonplace and Indian was banned again from less
reputable speedways where a sense of fair play seems to be questionable.
WHY WAS OUR LITTLE RED INDIAN BANNED?
It was because of our superior wheel and hub design. Seems silly
doesn't it? Under present track rules and regulations, wheel and hub
size are left open in the 1 to 3.9 HP and 4 to 6 HP "open" classes. The
new rule book to be written will eliminate bikes with 14" hubs. Who
does that rule out? Naturally, only our little red Indian.
WHY DID INDIAN DESIGNERS SELECT A 14" HUB?
We wanted to give the young rider maximum control. The 50 cc
Junior-aoss model is specifically built with rider safety in mind. For
years, the rich foreign importers have blatantly ignored safety features in'
this size of bike. Well now there is an American e~ineered and designed
bike with big bike quality and performance which, right off the production
line, can cream the highly modified imports. When faced with serious- American
competition, the importers may improve the quarrty of their small bikes but they'll
never exceed the quality.standards of an Indian. We need you - "The American
