Much of the time you could see for miles and miles and more than a little of the coune got "straightened out" becavse the riders could see the leaders three miles ahead, so they didn't bother with the lime and ribbon. They just went in a straight line. Most of the course was extremely fast. Everyone that I spoke to had a good time at the Foxes' race and used terms like "bitchin'" and "outasight" to describe the coune. Roeseler, an Expert, has totalled 1820 via consistent finishes throughout the first half of the season and holds a fairly strong lead on Mitch Mayes at 1665. Jim Summers, another consistent runner, is third at 1575 while Terry Clark, out for more than a month with a fracture, has returned and sports 1430 points, weD ahead of Randy Milligan's 1160.
