IN THE WIND P42 New Betas for 2021 A fter significant updates to the 2020 Beta model line, the 2021 Beta two-stroke RR updates are rela- tively minor and aimed at fine-tuning and improving durability. The line still includes 125, 200, 250 and 300cc options. 2021 marks the Italian manufac- turer's 116th year in business and all the models will now feature "Italian Red" plastic, updated frames with the head tube area featuring more gussets to increase its strength, a new speedo for better reliability and accuracy, a stronger subframe, new side panels, tank cover, stronger seat base, up- dated airbox, a new electrical system with better charging efficiency, and upgraded forks and shock. All the models include a front/rear light, adjustable power-valve and plas- tic skid plates. The 250/300 models again include electronic oil-injection and engine counter-balancers The 2021 Beta RR two-stroke line will be available at the end of July 2020. CN After getting a major update last year, the 2020 two-stroke off- road RR models take on fine-tuning improvements.
