This rider's meeting, held Sunday at Copetown Ontario, Canada, signalled the beginning of more than two months of high class motocross
throughout North. America, as the annual Inter-Am series got underway this weekend, both in Copetown and Elkhorn, Wis. For a full
report, see page 7. Next week the Inter-Am moves to Pepperell, Mass., while the AMA kicks off its new series at LaRue, Ohio. The National
Championship circuit ended Sunday, with Mark Brelsford taking the win at the Oklahoma City, Okla. Half-Mile Event. That report begins
on Page. 8. (Photo by Ed Cunningham).
