point in H.R.L. Lubricant' "Challenge
Series 70".
Steve Flowers (Yam) was the big
winner in the 12.5cc class, winning the
trophy dash and the T.T. & Short Track
Mains. Although Steve was the winner,
both Bruce McDougal and Terry Griner

gave him plenty of trouble during the
evening a f racing.
In the 250cc Jr. Division, Rick Isbell
(Kaw) won both T.T. and Short Track
Mains, while the remaining Jr. event, the
500 T.T. was won by Denny Grover on
an Ossa.
Even the girls got in some racing
Friday night, as a special Powder Puff

Because of the small turnout of
Senior riders, the Juniors and Seniors
raced together. It was very clear who
the Seniors were, though, as they easily
led the Junior racers with some
excellent riding done by Seniors Vic
Hannan, Mike Myers, Jim Peterson and
AI Smith.
