VOLUME VII NUMBER 35 Western Edition September 15, 1970 aback Palmgren, Aldana let . ~~ lational Victories Chuck Palmgren gets his just desert after winning his first National of the season, as well as becoming the first rider to take the new Yamaha 650 to a National victory. Palmgren captured the 30 mile Nazareth event, while, one day later, Dave Aldana grabbed a win at the mile track in Indianapolis, for his third National win of the season. For reports from'both events, see pages 6-7. As reported in Cycle News last week, 150 people have been ordered to pay fines for riding in Bean Canyon.
