Dave Aldana, riding a 650cc BSA Firebird
Scrambler on the 20-lap dirt track at Terre Haute, won
his second American Motorcycle Association national
race this year against some of the nation's top riders.
BSA also placed second (with Jim Rice), fifth
(with Dick Mann) and eleventh (with Ken Pressgrove). All were riding the 650 Firebird Scrambler..
