Wheat Wins His First Night Race Pacific Coast Honda By Elaine Jones With determination all over his 'face, Bob Maynard hurtled his Maico to victories in both the 250 and 500 Expert classes at the Antelope Ramblers MX on Sunday. At Saddleback Marty Tripes pulled off a second in the 250 division, with the number two position in the big bike class going to carl Cotten. Results will not be available until the Antelope Ramblers get them all together. PERRIS, CALIF., Aug 12, 1970:' Taylor Sisco In a real heatbreaker lost to B.J. Hayden after winning two heats of the 125cc Novice Class, Division I.' Larry Stapleton,. who Is "Mr. Relaxed" took the Open Novice Class. Larry gives the Impression he is Sunday driving but Boyd Mason and George Gillespie might argue the pOint. GuY Erickson, Derek Katanic and David Jones took borne the gold In the three classes of mini-bikes. Only three more weeks of Wednesday night racing and then they will go to a Friday night program.
