SADDLEBACK PARK, CALIF., AlC\Il!t 9, 1970 - When the first weekend of each
mooth comes around, the Idds get to put into work all that they have learned the past
few weeks riding at the special area set as1de for them here,
Although they may be small, their spirit is large.
It may be too soon to say this Is where the big guys got their start because mini
bikes have not been around that long. But you can see right away that they are learnIng how to ride.,.and win.
All this monthly competition, as with the big bikes, leads UP to a national. The
mini bike national this year will be sponsored by the SCMBKA at Saddleb8ck Park,
Dec. 5 and 6 with more than 150 riders expected to compete.
