Crews Bags 2II Wins Story and Photo by James W. Sh1p~ey EUREKA, CALIF., July 25, 1970- Action got underway last Saturday night as Farwest Motorcycle Club with the cooperation of Six Rivers Racing. Association presented TT Scrambles at Redwood Acres. More than 100 riders came from all over the area to race for a crowd of nearlY 2500. The heat races had progressed rather smoothly until the 250ce Expert event when third place Ray Beck, who had planned to race in the Santa Rosa National the next day, tangled with Alan Thompson going into the switchback and went down. The accident put him out of action for the rest of the evening with five broken toes and a badly bruised leg. .
