HART W'NSS'X FORS'X I By Fr ed and Jo Bonds GARDENA, CALIF ..May 10,1970- Ascot Park mus t agree with Ti m Hart, as the yqung Montesa Expert captured all s ix of his motes , wl.nning both the 250cc and 500cc Expert affairs at the Bob Bailey sponsored motocross held here Sunday. The amazing Mr. Hart s imply could ... .. not be headed - or even kept up with, for that matter. Evidently lots of slippery corners and three foot drop off are just what the doctor ordered for the Torrance, Calif. rider. But the same cannot be said for the gaggle of Juniors present for the festivities, as much slamming and banging, occasional trips into the lake and a gen- eral proclivity ' for getting out of shape was the order of the day. Don Elmer and Kenny Cook topped their respective Ju nior divisions in the 125cc bash, while Rober t Whitlock and Fred Cox did likewise in the 250cc class. Bob Sullivan horsed his Bultaco around rapidly enough to claim top honors in the 500cc Junior go. d Motorcycle ! P ark Open s !
