March 24, 1970- Bob Swanson, owner of Swanson Motors In San Jose, has won a 10 day trip to Spaln, for selling more Ossas than any other dealer In the United States. Swanson plans to go to the Ossa factory In Barcelona In August, and then take In thi s year's International Six Day Trials, taking place nearby. The San Jose shop owner said he'd like to compete In the ISDT. " I jus t have to get In shape and practic e endurance. I'd r eally like to try It," he said. Swanson has had a shop for three years , but he r ec ently moved to a bigger location, at 1570 Mc Kee Road, just East of 101. March 29, 1970Yamaha mounted Dave Ditter took home four trophies this Easter Sunday, as the Woodland track inaurgurated their summer season. Ditter grabbed the number one spot In the 360cc motocross and the 250cc trophy dashes, as well as second place finishes In the 250cc A Maln and 200cc Trophy Dash.
