Chuck won the other two motos also so he was a run away winner followed by Husky mounted Sam Jones . Sam had two second . Dave Aldana powered h1s Ossa into the lead in all three 250 Expert motos and each case Greg Smith came from beh1nd on his C Z to take the win. Greg won the class and Dave was second. Aldana lost one lap and considerable points whim he endoed on a big down hill. Ron Morita flew his Mateo over the course for an easy win in the first 250 Nov1ce Dtv, I moto. Gary Egloff got jammed up in traffic and cut the course zappi ng about 20 r iders to earn a dtsquall!1cation in the first heat. He was allowed to ride the next two races and picked up two firsts to win the class . Mori~ finished second after doinga th1ng in the sand wash that gave Gary the lead. 250 Nov1ce Division II winners were Mark Noar, John Morns and Nate Sctac - qua. Ruben Benites and B111 Urban were first and second in the 125 Expertclass. Ruben and Larry Shoemaker were wheel to wheel in the first and second moto and B111 Urban who had ignition trouble in the first moto won the next two just ahead of Ruben and Larry. Brtan Breaker took an easy lead in the first 125 Novice r ace and whHe challenging Dick Frampton and Chuck Woody in the next round Brtan dtd an endo that will curtail his motocross activity for some time. Chuck ' Woody went on to take th e last two motos and nail down a class win ahead of R. Sundberg.
