'The Hi-Polnt trophy turned out to be trophies slnce Terry Stanner and Jeff Costello
managed to tie and everyone felt they both deserved to win.
Both Terry and Jeff have set their eyes on bigger and better things which means
we will be seeing them on the track.
Terry Is thirteen and got his mini-bike when he was eleven. He is undecided about
the bike he wants but 11 will either be a Kawasaki 90 or a baby Greenstreak, Although
he stands a mere four feet eleven, he is a competitor and he may b!! little but, boy 15
he quick. Mom and Dad are right with him and are responsible In a large way for the
success the club bas had so far.

Joe Costello is a twelve year old who got his mini-bike when he was nine. Right
now he is making plans for his Kawasaki 90 with a 250cc as a final goal when he'S
ready. Joe's mom 15 like most raclng moms. She'll always be there but she'll always
be nervous. Both these boys have started out slow and easy and will continue learning
the right way.

Anyone interested In the mini-bike races are welcome to come out to Riverside
the first Saturday of each month. Guaranteed good time.
'The kids did an about turn on Ken Conover and did some giving of their own. Ken
was presented with a beautlful plaque In appreciation for all he bas done.
'The plaque was inscribed with an or1g1nal poem by Geraldine and Stephanie
Ardelean, Both are riders as well as poets and their poem expressed how all the kids
feel about the good .thi ngs that Ken bas started for the youngsters.
