growing Rick Woods fan club was d1sheartened by Ricks showing in his hamilcap heat when Mike Konle in a bid to

Ricks' machine and although neIther machine went down, it knocked the drive

but he had to fight a little harder than
before as Bruce Haserot and Eric Olesen
jumped into the lead off the line but
bumped together. Woods and DonHawley
went by them side-by-slde. Woods called
on his ability to get tremendous drives
out of those tight corners and to pull
ahead of Hawley to take the checkered
flag for the second week in a row.
