Explalning the al ms and ac compli shments at the CMSC, Mr. Hope sald, "We
have concerned ourselves prtrnartly with
the problem ot motorcycle safety as well
as ideas to improve the situation. We
believe that presently motorcycle driver
tralning is the most cons tructi ve ans wer
and we have done everything pos s ible to
educate the public to that point or view
and to ac tually imple ment motorcycle
driver tralning at every opportunity."
