PACOIMA, cat., Nov. 2 - Four - time World Speedway Champion, Barry Briggs cut loose at Whiteman Stadium saturday night, and sl1ced a piece off the record for four laps set last week by his s ide kick, Ivan Mauger. With an astounding burst of speed, Barry went spinning and bucking his merry way through four eye-popping laps. And when It was all over, up went the sensational time: 55:61 seconds IThe ..
