The Metisse silver frame and blue and chrome tank add up to a tastefully set-up motorcycle. The Carlisle tires are among the finest allaround competition tires on the market. Tire locks are also in evidence with no chance of ripping out a stem on that iuner tube. The standard 15-tooth countershaft sprocket and 51-tooth overlay drive sprocket seem to provide sufficient gearing with the stock 5-speed transmission for desert and moto-cross (to uame two). With a fantastic line of hop-up accessories available for the Hodaka engine it makes the 100cc 5-speed one of the bestinvestmen ts a small bike racer can make. The Steen Hodaka SS is available at Steen's Alhambra store at 1635 West Valley in Alhambra, California. Also included in the remarkable stock of racing and fun equipment are the Rickman Metisse frame ' kits and completed hikes.
