Olve was one of the first at home to shock bls fellow EngiJshmen with color by adding a yellow stripe to bls black trousers. Now he's really done It - a sky blue set with full length yellow and dark blue stripes down the arms and legs. The job was done at Clarice's shop In South Gate, California, ABC Custom Leathers. Olve was baffled by the variety of colors and styles available so Clatlce decided to match his blue eyes with the all blue set. The suit Is truly custom, a feature of the house, in that It Is padded where he wanted It (legs only), fits the way he prefers (loose), and even has a Velcro patch on the back with the CZ emblem that can be removed when necessary. Olve has used the suitoniyoccasionaily since he got It as he wanted to keep It fresh for his first ride back home, in front of the television cameras. In England where traditions change slowly the suit will ralse some eyebrows but Olve reckons he knows of a few riders who will go for the Idea Immediately and be sending for their own wild sets. The blue suit was topped off at Bicker's Forst Ranch appearance with a new blue helmet (American style) from J. Edwards. Olve appreciated the added protection and comfort and figures It will only be a short time until the full coverage helmet types are required in England - Sweden and New Zealand have already done so. -- ... -·Foif·CUSTOM· ·INSTALLA:· ~-------------_.---------_ TlONS, see the ma.chinists listed under SERVICES iR the Cycle News Dealer & Services Directory• ..,...,. ·A·..• ·.-" ·.·, •••••••••••• TUNE-UP ",. or TRADE-IN TIME Trhlllph YlIIIIba Hedaka M~Beta A-I Service Dept.
