Parriott !It Family
Buddy Parriott was really flying as he
grabbed first in the 125 GoP class,
beating out steve McLaughlin and his
super-hot Honda, first in the 250 GoP
whipping Cal Rayborn who was broadsliding on the turns trying to stay up
with Buddy; and last but not least a
beaUtltul first in the 500cc GP, taking
Don Vesco and Art Baumann in the
process.
To top off all the fantastic racing, Cal
Rayborn and his Harley-Davison beat
Mike Hallwoood's track record of1:40.38
with a lap at 1:39.52. Cal took home $25
for that bit of effort.
Summing uP. it was a good day ofraclng that should have drawn more spectators than it did. The talent In attendance
was great and so was the competition.
Well organized, ACA
