I Imagine I was somewhere close behind him tbough It was almost dark When the lasl heat ended and we did not get tbe full results. The 500 class saw 8 Europeans versus 5 Americans In which Ron Nelson (360 Montesa) came out 5th overall (unoffic:lal) ahead of world Champ Torsten BaUman and 3 otber Swedes, due primarily to outlasting tbem mechanically and energetically. All lD all we bad fun and thank very much Wes Cooley's A.C.A. for paying our way 100% to represent tbem in Kansas.
