'OUTLAWS- TREATED TO FREE BATHS AND HAIRCUT BY ENSENADA POLICE Last week a small gang of san Diego youths claiming to be Hells Angels slipped across the Baja CalIfornia border along with the El Scrambles Grande riders and tried to terrorize the quiet fishing village of Ensenada. Towing a dead seal through town behind their bikes, they were involved in several trattlc accidents and tisttights.
