SHALL THERE BE RULES?
Members of the So. California Road
Riders Committee will have an extremely important decision to make at their
June meeting. The Question is. "shall
the RRC Supplem ental Rules be
abolished?"
The rules were developed to fill a
void Qy several outriders and RRC clubs
under the leadership of the Committee
for Better Motorcycling. Before their
adoption, there were no useful guidelines
or rules.

will improve and better the sport. As
glorious as the last statement sounds.
you can bet that somebody won't be
haPPY with it.
Regardless of how the question is
decided. the June meeting of the RRC
should be an interesting one and one can
only hope that in the collective wisdom
or the majority, the sport will be improved.
As the club' 5 decision will affect
every road rider who participates in
RRC events. CYCLE NEWS will conduct
a poll on how lbe individual riders feel
