Cast Your Vote The last alternative is for the assembly to insist that the referee and his staff aPPly the rules strictly and fairly. without bias. keeping adequate records from which to suggest amendments that will improve and better the sport. As glorious as the last statement sounds. you can bet that somebody won't be haPPY with it. Regardless of how the question is decided. the June meeting of the RRC should be an interesting one and one can only hope that in the collective wisdom or the majority, the sport will be improved. As the club' 5 decision will affect every road rider who participates in RRC events. CYCLE NEWS will conduct a poll on how lbe individual riders feel about this question.
