The Ve gas-Vall ey M.C. threw their
last dese rt event to day. Well, at lea s t
three of the i r members threw it . Havi ng
decided to put on only track events next
year, the V.V.M.C. closed the local
desert 1966 season by leaving all th e
details to young Lo nnie Law in , Dal e
F ergus on and Blll Bet hol d. Not an erncer of the club except J ay W
illey was
in attendance .

Groundshaker were well-represented,

line at 9:30 a .m, Shortly after the dust

flames end his e fforts (a nd cyc le) as a
leaky ga s line caught tire.
The spark plug fouling problem of the
Lobito (Bultaco) seems to be cure d.
