Enclose $2. with your name, age and address, size and brand of motorcycle and club affiliation, if any. Post entries will be $3 at the border. At live cleverly-spaced checkpoints along the route. entries will draw Bicycle playing cards. The highest poker hands at the end of the run will be awarded unique trophies. If enough entries are received, there will be In-hall prizes for the lowest poker hands. On Saturday afternoon the Beauty contests will be judged, so riders interested in recognition for the best looking bikes in stock and custom classes and club appearance should start the run before noon. Judging will begin at City Hall at 3 p.m. Saturday, followed by dancing to tbe "Ensenada Brass·. Trophies will be awarded after the parade to the course on Sunday morning. Ensenada has warily consented to include a stretch of city pavement in the Grand Prix Scrambles course, so it will be a true pavement-dirt Grand Prix, Catalina tyle, for the fans and racers. Races begin on Saturday morning with the combined 1-IOOcc races and finish with the rip-roaring big bikes and sweepstakes on Sunday afternoon. The course is beautiful this year. Traction varies from sort uphill loam to pavement, so tires are purely optional. Prado Pirellis or knobbies? Bling either or both. Racers can enter by send ing mail entries and $4 to Ellsenada M.C. Pres. Oscar Gomez. 498 First Street. Ensenada. Baja Calif. Mexico, by Sept. 30. Post entries w ill be $5. AMA sportsmen and semi-pro riders will get first preference so get your entries in early and list your AMA competition status. You will have to show a current AMA NOVice card to ride as a Novice. Ensenada promises to roll out the red carpet for the good cycle enthusiasts and slam the hoosegow door on those who cut up. Sanctioned by Baja California's ruling body, the Ensenada M.e. and endorsed by the Federal Dept. of Tourism and the Ensenada City Government, the race and road run prQlDise to set a new high standard in motorcycle entertainment.
