Just eight feet away the snake coiled to strike, That triggered each man to take oll on his bike. And you never saw anyone making such time-There wasn't a hill their bikes couldn't climb. Thus ended the tale of Leon and Bill And the snake they encountered over the hill. And it might have been tragic--now who can tell For Leon or Bill or the rattler as well.
