6 SMALL ONES 1T PERRIS ~MOTORCYCLES ~ Th ey may be little bikes but, they did -some bi g t ime racin g at Perris thi s past weekend. Conditions on the track were just the oppos i t e of Jan uary 30th , wben al l yo u real ly needed to win was an outboard motor replaci ng the rear wheels. It i s easy to see we are getting back into our summer seaso n of raci ng, easy to see that Is, if the win d is bl owing dust the ot her way, but the cl ub di d a good j ob of keepin g the dust down and the track up. Th e races st arted on tim e and ran on the t i me sc hedule prin ted on the posters. It was a good show and a safe one , with two rid ers winnin g t wo events each. Keith Mashburn k ept up his winning streak in both the 50cc an d the 100cc events. Greeves-mount ed L ee Stumpenhaus took top honors in the 175-200 Ex pert cl ass and the 250 Ex pe r t class .
