way but couldn't catch
him. He struggled with
his "racecraft" and with
lappers, not to mention
the dust and slippery
conditions. Sexton now
leads McElrath by just
seven points.
Garrett Marchbanks
won his first career
AMA Supercross at
the previous round,
but that was nearly
three months ago.
Marchbanks didn't
get the chance to
ride that momentum,
but he still rode
strong, making an
aggressive pass on
Jeremy Martin along
the way to a third-
place finish in the
