Honda's Virtual Expo Website S eeing as the world is currently banned from anything, well, fun, Honda has taken the forward approach of creating a virtual expo website to take the place of the showcase that would normally be sitting in the Tokyo Motorcycle Show and Osaka Motorcycle Show. It's a neat little site, that gives you a look at Honda's current Japanese lineup, which is vastly different than what we get here in the U.S. Bikes like the CB1300 Su- per Four SP, CB1100RS and CB400 Super Four are on show, alongside the new Africa Twin, CBR1000RR-R SP, and Ricky Brabec and Marc Marquez's race machines from last season. And for those with a keen MotoAmerica eye, you'll also spot the CBR400 on display. What's that you say? A CBR400? Yes, this is a Japanese domestic model powered by a 399cc twin- cylinder and is a model that fits perfectly into the MotoAmerica Junior Cup series. We can only guess why this model is not in the United States, as it would likely give Kawasaki a real run for its money in the Junior Cup ranks. Check out the virtual expo right here: and while you're at it, go check out the Honda Collec- tion Hall walkabout from Google Maps, where you can take a virtual walk through Honda's his- tory, including all its Grand Prix success, here. CN IN THE WIND P32 Take a tour through Honda's Japanese expo stand from the comfort of your own home. Honda And The Ghost Of Freddie Spencer's Past H onda has quietly unveiled a pro- totype that looks eerily similar to the CB900F made famous by Freddie Spencer before he conquered the Grand Prix tracks of Europe. Based off the CB1000R, this CB is essentially a design exercise and not yet a production bike, but judging from looks so far, we can only hope this makes it to Honda dealers in the very near future. CN Freddie would be proud! Hopefully this CB1000R goes into production.
