suspended until further notice:
the Texas Half-Mile (May 2) and
So-Cal Half-Mile (May 9).
In off-road, GNCC managed
to get The General GNCC off the
ground on March 15, but did an-
nounce that the upcoming round
in Morganton, NC, April 4-5, has
been postponed.
As for the AMA National Enduro
Championship, the next event,
round two, the Caprock Canyon
National Enduro in Turkey, Texas,
is still a go. Currently, there are
no restrictions affecting this race.
WORCS announced on March 16
that rounds three and four in Lake
Havasu City, Arizona, March 20-22,
is still on. But to avoid a mass gath-
ering, the Pro riders' meeting will be
held via Facebook live.
The Rabbitt Creek 100, round
four of the National Hare & Hound
set to take place in Murphy,
Idaho, March 21-22, has been
canceled and is pending re-
scheduling. The coming weekend
also had round two of the AMA
West ISDE Qualifier Series on the
schedule, but the Lost Coyotes
Sprint Enduro slated for Red
Mountain, California has been
canceled. US ISDE team reps say
that "solutions for qualifying rid-
ers" remain in the works.
The fourth round of the National
Grand Prix Championship (NGPC/
Big 6) has also been canceled.
The Hilltoppers Grand Prix, set to
take place in Twentynine Palms,
California on March 28-29, is post-
poned until further notice.
The 2020 FIM SuperEnduro
World Championship was sup-
posed to have been completed,
and a champion crowned, last
weekend in Poland, but the race
was postponed. A makeup date
has not been announced.
The NHRA Pro Stock Motor-
cycle racing season was set to
start last weekend in Gainesville,
Florida, but was postponed and
will "be completed at a later date
to be determined," according to
NHRA. The next round is sched-
uled for April 17-19 in Houston,
Texas.
The opening two rounds of the
FIM World Enduro Champion-
ship in Portugal, April 17-19, and
in Spain, April 24-26, have been
postponed.
The opening round of the FIM
Cross-Country Rallies World Cham-
pionship, the Abu Dhabi Desert
Challenge (March 20-26), has also
been postponed, but the Sonora
Rally is currently underway.
The MotoAmerica opener that
was scheduled to take place
during the Americas GP event at
COTA moved to November 14-15.
The new series opener set for
April 17-19, in Braselton, Georgia,
is still on the table.
And, as already reported, the
2020 MotoGP Championship is
scheduled to commence May 3
in Jerez, Spain, and the second
WorldSBK round is slated for April
17-19 in Assen, The Netherlands.
Also, it was announced else-
where in this issue that the that
the Isle of Man TT has been
canceled.
In trials, originally scheduled
for April 3 in LiƩvin, France, the
FIM X-Trial des Nations has been
postponed and a new date yet to be
announced. With the cancellation of
the Austrian round, Toni Bou math-
ematically seals the championship.
