to come by. In Glendale, he landed
his first podium of the series, even
though he didn't manage to finish
in the top three in any of the main
events. "It's been a rough start to the
season, and there's been a lot higher
expecta ons with all the progression
last year, and I've been riding really
good in the off-season." Mosiman
said. "Expecta ons have been high,
and they've been missed. I just
haven't been riding like myself on
the weekends and it's definitely been
disappoin ng. But the difference this
weekend, I just had a different mind-
set; I was more relaxed, more calm,
and we've been working on the bike
some and making some improve-
ments."

Jus n Cooper held a sizeable points
lead going into Glendale, but it all
started to go south when he got a
poor start in the first main event,
tangled with another racer, went
down, then had trouble star ng his
bike. He got going nearly a lap down,
then fell while running up front early
in the second main, too. He finally
put it together to win the final main
and salvage some points. "It was a
rollercoaster night in Glendale," Coo-
per said. "The track condi ons were
really tricky and trac on was very
hard to maintain. I was able to come
back with the win in the third main
