Tragedy struck the 2020 Dakar Rally
on Sunday with the death of Paulo
"Speedy" Goncalves. The Portuguese
rider was one of the most popular and
revered characters in the bivouac,
having competed in the iconic race
since 2006. Here, he is on his way to
his best-ever Dakar finish of second
during the 2015 Dakar Rally in South
America. Godspeed, Speedy.
